<h3 style="text-align: center;">FULTON,IL</h3>
<h5>The Agri-King Inc. Feed Trial and Research Center was based on a design presented by Agri-King and engineered by Wick Buildings.</h5>
<h5>This building is an 80x80x12 post frame Wick Building set on raised frost walls with full concrete floor. The interior wall are divided into 4-40x40x12 interconnected rooms.</h5>
<h5>Two of the rooms are designed for sheep feed trials and feature exterior insulated windows, custom tilt out door venting and two variable speed fans for climate control. Another room is designated for feed storage, mixing , and handling.&nbsp;The final 40&#215;40 area is to be utilized as the office, lab , and rest room area.</h5>
<h5>This entire building is covered in Wick Steel with wainscoting 18&#8243; overhangs, gutters and downspouts.The overhead door openings are designed for the customers 10&#215;10 doors. The entire building features 6&#8243; insulation for exterior and interior walls and is completely lined with Wick Steel Liner.</h5>
<h5>Agri-King&#8217;s reply to Wick&#8217;s Customer Satisfaction Survey was: &#8220;I have been involved in several building projects and this has been the easiest one by far. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h1 style="text-align: center;">STERLING-ROCKFALLS HISTORICAL SOCIETY BUILD</h1>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">STERLING,IL</h3>
<h5 style="text-align: left;">This project is a post frame building on concrete frost walls built for the Sterling-Rock Falls Historical Society. The building is to be used as a 40&#215;40 historical display and meeting center adjacent to the current Historical Lincoln Visitation Site in Sterling, Illinois.</h5>
<h5>The total size of the projecte was a 40x60x10 with OSB exterior liner featuring a board and batten vertical siding. This style presents an &#8220;Lincoln Era&#8221; flavor look. There is an 40&#215;20 mechanical room and bathrooms have &nbsp;flat drywall ceilings while the 40x40x10 meeting room has a custom vaulted ceiling.</h5>
<h5>The Wick 4&#215;2 windows are insulated sliders to via an barn like affect. This building also features a sheeted roof with shingles to match the adjacent home visited by Abraham Lincoln.</h5>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h1 style="text-align: center;">2016 WICK &#8220;MOST UNIQUE&#8221; BUILDING OF THE YEAR</h1>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">MORRISON,IL</h3>
<h5 style="text-align: left;">The Hayward Building of the year is a custom building designed by Birdseye Architecture and combines four main uses, including entertaining, home office, guest room , and display garage.</h5>
<h5>This building was built on frost walls in a side hill situation as pictured and features a 20&#215;40 finished end for entertainment and office. Commerical grad windows and doors are overlooking a wooded country setting with a wrap around porch featuring stone wainscoting and industrial style custom posts. The end of the building contains a second story with guest quarters using shed style dormers.</h5>
<h5>The balance of the building is a 40&#215;60 custom garage with vaulted and cantilevered trusses. There are celestial windows that are for natural lighting with four custom Raynor overhead doors.</h5>
<h5>The entire building is heated with in-floor radiant heat. The exterior was designed with an industrial style in mind. It features a custom Corrugated Rusting Steel on the side walls with Wick steel covering the roof and porch systems. The customers vintage antique lights were utilized for the exterior lighting adding an industrial flavor.</h5>
<h5>This building is a perfect example of Bes-Wick&#8217;s HomeBuilders LTD. ability to totally customize a building to satisfy and meet a customer&#8217;s needs.</h5>
