Bes-Wick Homebuilders Ltd. was founded in 1995 as an original dealership to market and erect “John Wick Panelized Homes”.
After completing 24 Wick Homes, we were awarded an opportunity to market Wick Buildings as well giving us the ability to add post frame construction to our expanding panelized home business.
The post frame construction has given us the opportunity to complete 44 Agricultural projects plus 37 suburban projects for existing home owners.
20 Wick Building Commercial Projects have also been completed at this time.
Our company offers other vendor made products from Amwood Homes, Cedar Gazebos and EPS Commercial and Residential. EPS structures feature SIP Wall Panel Construction for additional heating and cooling efficiency.
In 2005 we were was awarded “Wick Buildings Commercial Building of the year” for Community State Bank’s building in Fulton,IL
In 2016 we were awarded “Wick Buildings most unique building of the year” for the Hayward building in Morrison,IL
In 2018 we were awarded “The most unique building of the year” for Morrison Tech’s Innovation Center.
In 2019 we were awarded ” The Residential shouse of the year” for the Larry&Ann Gerdes barn dominium.
Throughout all our builds we have completed projects in Illinois, Iowa, and Wisconsin.
